Whats Hangin
i've been whipping up a storm makin cards for the past 2 days. i sit at work at my desk, color the images, then either on my days off or when i get home ill finish the cards or cut the paper and bring that to work the next day.
heres a finished product!

possoms were colored with prismas, gamsol, and twinkling h20s. edges were sponged.
on the right hand side i made a dahlia fold flower with new SU DP! i attached 2 scalloped circle in behind to help them stand out. and added prismas in the center.

FIRST FLIGHT
When u see this image you think of mother and child of course. so i thought this would make a great mothers day card. even tho that is sometime away, but still just around the corner.
dragons were colored with primas and gamsol. i also added stickles for highlights. dragons were also raised up with dimentionals

clouds were made with a cloud kit. i also added stickles to highlight the clouds. its hard to see in the picture.

this is also the first time i've decorated the inside of a card. i do like how the card as a whole turned out!!

Today is my moms bday (lynnlynn). this is the card i made her.
little missy was colored with prismas and gamsol. her flowers were raised with dimentionals, and 1 flowers was raised ontop on that. (although its difficult to see on the photo). stickles were added to her ribbon and sash.

alrighty, i made this card last xmas. i havent found time to put it on untill now...jeez!
the corner squares were stamped with Snow Burst and embossed them with white embossing powder.

the center square was cut with nesties

the circle in the embellishment were cut with cirle punchs, and snowflake was cut with a marth stuart punch. i added a crystal brad in the center.

stickles were added to the outer rim out the card as well as dots in the scalloped square.
snowman was colored with SU markers.

just got all 3 of these stamps in the mail yesterday. i was soo excited to get home and use them. i wanted to use all 3 of them on a card, and this was what i came up with. (i took about 10 pics of this card, this was the best i got. it was either to bright, not in focus. this one is crooked but it was the best i took.)

all images were colored with primas and gamsol. i broke out the h20s on all 3 as well. owls are on dimentionals. i cut there tails off, cut a line under the swing and reattached the tails under the swing a bit to make it appear they were sitting.

this is another card i made for the high hopes challenge #19. we were to use sponging somehow on our cards. i made the clouds again with a sponging cloud kit.

i seem to be making a lot of cards with these little birds. they are sooo cute!!! i got this set for christmas from my mom. what an awesome mom!! thanks!

im calling this card, Happy Spring Day!!!

i wish! for the next 3 days, we're supposed to get flurries and -20 weather. brrr. decided to make a spring card in spite of this horrible weather and try to remind myself it wont last forever.

got new high hopes stamps in the mail yesterday, was stuck at work last night and couldnt wait to come home and use them!!!

the frogs, birds, and nest were cut out seperatly and popped up with dimentionals.
all images were colored with prismas and gamsol. i brought my my h20s for one of the first times. i've been a little nervous to use them. i added h20s on the birds and the branch

this was a picture i took with my new Canon Rebel SXI at the calgary zoo last fall. this was inside the gorilla exhibit. im guessing its some kind of Leemer. it was running loose. just as me and my friend were leaving this little guy came down and sat about 2 feet away from us. he just sat there and let me take his picture. he did a few poses then took off. cute little thing. i just love the contrast between his goregous orange eyes against the green folliage

so ive been working alot on making cards at work lately. im lucky i can sit at my desk and make them. (really lucky). and lucky my managers like them and dont mind me making a mess. heehee. im trying to get all my cards loaded on here and also some older ones ive made. think i need to devote a day off and get it together.

ok ok, i no we just had christmas. but i just got this stamp and of course i had to make a card. i also got this SU christmas dp last year and hadnt even used any. jeez

ill call this adventure, "that darn cat". hee hee. this is my cat sarah. shes always laying on my work. doesnt matter what im doing, she has to lay SMACK dab in the middle of it. everytime. also notice the small amount of working space i have at the kitchen table.

she also follows me around the house constantly, and goes to bed when i go to bed, wakes up when i wake up. she does everything with me. im sure if she could follow me to work, shed do that too. anywhoo.....

i whipped this cat card up at work. i found the cat paper at a local scrapbook store and had been wanting to make a cat card out of it soo bad loli bought this cat pane stamp last year and have never really used it. so it was a puurrr-fect fit.kitties were colored with prisma pencils and then blended with gamsol. hope you enjoy!!!!

here is another entry for Katarinas sketch. i've been really wanting to use my new birds that my mom gave me for an xmas gift, and im really loving this sketch. soo away i went. this is what i came up with! hope u enjoy!!!oh ps. to make the clouds i found a cloud stampin kit by Great Impressions. it works really well with craft ink. i bought a dobber and im gunna try using that next!!!

this is my entry for the Katharina's sketch. this is honestly my first sketch challange....AND I LOVED IT! heehee. the lion's head was paper toled. (one of my favorite things is to paper tole his head, i think it works so well with this image). he was colored with prismas and then blended with gamsol. hope you enjoy!!!
